The U.S. Senate needs to hear from their constituents now about the need to prioritize clean energy legislation in 2010 and vote ‘No’ on any attempts to block the Clean Air Act’s authority to regulate dirty coal plants.

The Clean Air Act is one of the most successful pieces of legislation ever passed in the United States. Now special interests like dirty coal and big oil are trying to prevent the Clean Air Act from being used to clean up global warming pollution for their own selfish reasons.

Not only are those special interests putting our children and our planet at risk, but they are seeking to prevent the transition to a clean energy economy that could result in 1.7 million well-paying new American jobs.
